I have always felt our personality has a major impact on our attitudes towards food and exercise. I remember my sports playing days and how active i was and how i ate. I was so active that know mater what i ate it would burn off. This should come as no surprise to most of us! Every week another new fad or eating plan comes out, claiming weight loss miracles. Unfortunately most of us 'fall off the rails' for some reason or another.

* imagine if we had insight into why we eat like we do? Or why every time we start exercising we give up?
* What if we could find those reasons and control the way our weight was loss?

Maybe then, we could finally live a lifestyle that will result in sustained weight loss - and lifelong weight management.

Personality Types

Scientist say that there are 3 different personality types: Eating personality, exercise personality, and coping personality.

• Eating personality: This is the person who enjoys food not to say anything is wrong with that but, some people may go over board.

• Exercise personality :You know the type that watches everything they eat and do. They workout 10 times a day and don't eat pass 5pm. Lol sorry that just does work for me.

• Coping personality: This is that person who changes or adapts to what they are around. I got a great example of this one i dated a woman who was an exercise personality and we ate so healthy that i thought i was going to turn into fruits and vegetables. Then i dated a woman who was a eating personality she wasn't fat or anything but she liked food and my tummy loved the food she cooked and as a resolve my weight went way up.
