Summer is coming up very soon and for many students around the world it's the season to travel. For many students they are already out of classes and are either already traveling overseas or they are waiting for their friends who are still going to class for them to finish their last final exam. Traveling can be a very exciting experience and something to look forward to especially if it's some place you have always wanted to visit. There are thousands of different destinations that are popular destinations for people to visit during their vacation. Of those popular locations Japan is on the list of many people. In fact a couple of my friends plan to travel to Japan this summer to see and experience the culture there. Unlucky for me, I'll be stuck at the states working over the summer to pay for my living expenses and with gas prices on the rise it's not like that I can really afford not working. Japan has been a tourist hotspot for many people around the world because of all the hype it has been getting. The most popular reason is most likely the entertainment industry. With the consumers ranging from toddlers to senior citizens the entertainment industry is probably the biggest in Japan than anywhere else in the world. Another popular hotspot for people to visit is Europe. Yes, not a single country but the entire continent. It is quite popular for people to go visiting the many different countries of Europe and it isn’t really that difficult since it is similarly the size of the United States but each country in Europe is relatively small compared to the United States. It is very popular for people to go biking, hiking, driving all across Europe to sightsee and experience the many different and rich cultures. One of the most popular visits to sightsee and experience the culture is Austria. It has one of the most beautiful views in all of Europe and many different cultures you can experience as well as visiting many historical locations. If nature's beauty is what drives you then I would have to recommend either Alaska to see the Aurora Borealis or New Zealand to see the breathtaking view of the scenery that has yet to be touched by the heavy industrialization of the modern world. However traveling is not limited to destinations overseas. It also includes locations that are within the States. There is a lifetime of experiences to fully take in all across the United States. From populated locations that you should visit at least one time during life such as the New York City Time's Square and the Las Vegas Strip to the grand majestic of nature such as the Grand Canyon and the geysers of Yellowstone National Park. But just visiting these locations isn’t enough to appreciate their greatness so most people who visit these locations camp at these locations for several days to fully appreciate the scenery. Traveling to a different place other than the norm can make your life a bit more interesting from the daily repetitions in life.
