Using a muscle building program is the best way to build up big muscle. You can always contradict this by bringing in free guides and the free bodybuilding related information available over the internet, but to what extent do they give you a right direction. Is any of these free bodybuilding guide enough well designed to take you from a complete nerd to a muscular hunk. I have not seen any such testimonial by anybody till now for any guide or website. I am yet to come across a website where someone says, that he has developed so many pounds of muscle mass using such and such free guide. The fact is that anything for bodybuilding that is free on internet is often not worth it. There is little of wisdom and more of noise on internet. Too much of information that runs contradictory to what is mentioned on the other website. The entire scene is too chaotic and it is hard for anybody to make any order out of it. Perhaps the reason is simple, the free stuff does not gives any motivation to the person who is developing it. Contradictory to it a paid muscular program is a source of income to the guy who develops it and hence all pains are taken to keep it at its best. I was looking at one of the most popular website for weight training. Initially it was really impressive. Plenty of content and information on almost all topics. Anyone visiting it would be really impressed with the depth of content they had. They had sections for weight training workouts, diets to follow, supplements to use, forums where people can discuss things, weight training equipments. Everything that I could think about was covered in a detailed manner. But there was a caveat. I have a good knowledge base of weight training. As a result, I can understand most of the thing mentioned out there. But then this question posed up in my mind. What about a guy who is visiting this website for the first time and has no background in weight training. So, I decided get into shoes of a teenager who has been impressed by the physique of the next door guy and decides to get into weight training. Such a guy might not even be aware of what does one means by workout or if there are any bodybuilding supplements around in the market or what are they useful for. The same abundance of information that is so appealing to an expert or regular reader becomes a horror for an amateur. He will have no idea from where to start. Should he jump to workout section? or should he read about supplements first. And if he jumps to workout section what should he be following - chest workouts? entire body workouts? Clueless!. Offcourse, there were some beginner workout sections and a lot of other beginner resources. But, the problem is that there were too many of those beginner workout. Each expert was allowed to come and post his workout for beginners and provide 'valuable' advice. On the whole it became a bunch of contradictory statements with little relevancy or reliability. As if that was not enough, the confusion increases when if decides to combine a workout with proper nutrition guides. Again, recommendations that contradict each other. Some referred to a particular diet strategy to be followed with high intensity workout program while some others referred to some other diet plan. I think to mention about supplements would be a waste of time and writing efforts. It looked I could eat all or anything and I will gain muscles immediately. This is where a right weight training program becomes so crucial for those who are serious about building a great physique. Such a weight training program is well planned and tested. These programs are designed keeping people in mind who have no idea of bodybuilding or weight training. From that level they take the person to the advanced level, guiding him all the way and with sure shot action plans in form of workout guide etc. However, precaution is necessary. Choosing a good weight training program can really become a pain. I can say that one should go only for the best weight training expert authors like Sean Nalewanyj, The Musclehead or Vince delmonte . Their programs have been tested by the users over a long period and have been reported as good everywhere.Sean Nalewanyj's truth about building muscle is perhaps the best of them. Vince Delmonte's skinny guy secret is more for weight gain and fitness, but it is also recommended. The Musclehead is the new kid on the block, watch out for it in the coming days, it is really doing well. Choosing one of them is a matter of personal choice but following links can help out.
